Know before you drive.
What parking near your destination actually costs, before you set off. Every municipal carpark near you in one list, priced for the hours you will actually be there.
Find parkingOne search instead of six tabs
Parking in Toronto is sold by a dozen operators, each with its own site, its own prices and its own idea of what a day costs. Finding what is actually near you means opening six tabs and doing arithmetic. Most people don't, and settle for whatever they find first.
ParkingNova puts every municipal carpark near your destination in one list, prices each one for the hours you will actually be there, and ranks them by how far you will walk. We are a search tool, not a parking company: we sell no parking, take no payment and add nothing to what the machine charges you.

Who runs it
ParkingNova is an independently operated business registered in Ontario, Canada. It is small, with no call centre and no parent company. That is why the site tries to be useful rather than loud.

How we make money
At the moment, we don't. There is no advertising on the site, nothing on it is sold, and no operator pays us anything. It costs us money to run and it is free to use.
Nobody can buy position. Results are ranked by price, distance and the filters you choose, on the same basis for every carpark. The City's own carparks, which are the whole of the list, pay us nothing at all.
We never take payment for parking and never handle your card details. What you pay, you pay at the lot. If this ever changes, and it may, this page will say so before it does rather than after, and it will not change the order results appear in.
Where the data comes from
Municipal rates are our own compilation. We collect them from the operator's published rates and check them ourselves; they are not supplied to us by the Toronto Parking Authority. Capacity and accessible-stall counts come from City of Toronto open data.
Every municipal price carries the date it was published, because rates change and a price without a date is a guess wearing a decimal point. Where we have confirmed a rate ourselves, we say so instead.
Map data is from OpenStreetMap contributors. If a price looks wrong, tell us. It is the fastest way we find out.
